The English singer-songwriter is likely best known for Dead or Alive’s famous 1980s hit, “You Spin Me Round (Like A Record).”
But Burns was also gained fame later in life as TV personality, appearing on Celebrity Big Brother in 2006 and, most recently, starring on The Body Shocking Show, Celebrity Wedding Planner and Big Brother’s Bit on the Side.
The musician also cross-dressed, explaining his lifestyle and his belief system in a 2007 post on The Guardian:
“Everyone’s in drag of some sorts, I don’t give a f-ck about gender and drag. I’m not trying to be a girl by putting on a dress – gender is separated by fabric.
"I was brought up with an incredible amount of freedom and creativity. Society has put certain constraints on things."

Burns at one point said he “lost count” of the number of times he had gone under the knife, shared his story on the Channel 5 show.
He certainly had no shame over his appearance and how he had it altered over the years.
"The number of surgeries I’ve has is probably 300," Burns told the outlet. I hope when I’m 80 and I get to heaven, God doesn’t recognize me.”
We send our condolences to his friends, family members and loved ones during this very difficult time.
