MARSHALLS has once again extended its holiday return policy.
Whether you wrapped up holiday shopping in October, or you'll be wrapping presents on December 24, Marshalls has you covered.
In-store purchases made between October 8 and December 24, 2023 may be returned through January 25 of next year.
The same applies for online items.
Customers may return merchandise purchased in-store to any open Marshalls store in this time window.
The big box retailer's normal return policy will begin again on the day after Christmas.

With the exception of extended time, the same rules apply when it comes to making a return.
Customers must provide a valid receipt for an exchange or refund in the original form of tender.
A 10 day period is required for a cash refund on check purchases.
Returns with a receipt over 30 days, with a gift receipt or without a receipt will receive merchandise credit only.

Be sure to bring a photo ID and be prepared to provide your name, address, and signature if you don't have your receipt.
According to their website, Marshalls merchandise that is used, worn or in unsellable condition will not be accepted for refund, merchandise credit or exchange.
Returns of swimwear and intimate apparel require tickets properly attached to the merchandise. There may be other restrictions.

Several other stores have rolled out similar extended holiday return policies.
Marshalls' sister stores, HomeGoods and TJ Maxx are offering the same perks.
But TJ Maxx is buying customers even more time.
Its shoppers have through February 4, 2024 to make online returns.
Walmart is offering extended holiday returns for items purchased between October 1 and December 31, giving customers until January 31, 2024, to return the item.
Kohl's is giving its shoppers until January 31, 2024 to return premium electronics, watches and Sephora products for items purchased between November 1 and December 25.
Best Buy will be using the same holiday return policy from last year where items purchased between October 24 and December 31 have until January 14, 2024, to be returned.
Some perks are available to its my Best Buy Plus or My Best Buy Total members who have 60 days to return anything purchased, excluding activatible devices for purchases on or after November 16, 2023.

Speaking of tech, Apple products bought at the Apple Store Online that are received between November 3 and December 25 may be returned through January 8, 2024 with the exception of iPhones purchased with carrier T-Mobile.
Some stores like Forever 21 have not yet announced their holiday return policies.
